1. Define what the agency needed to control
We reviewed the information used in daily work: properties, clients, agents, commercial activity and the data required for follow-up.
Case study
A.P. Consultores needed to bring the public side of its real estate business and its internal management into the same ecosystem. The project combined a tailored property portal with a custom CRM for properties, clients, agents, statistics and commercial follow-up, built around the way the company actually works.
The company needed to reduce its dependence on separate tools for properties, clients and commercial activity. The goal was not simply to build a new website, but to create its own working base for property inventory, agents and the information needed to understand business activity.
A connected two-part solution was developed: a public property portal for people searching for homes and a private CRM for internal management. Properties can be managed from the system, clients and agents are organised centrally, and activity indicators can be reviewed without relying on several platforms to complete the workflow.
We reviewed the information used in daily work: properties, clients, agents, commercial activity and the data required for follow-up.
Two different experiences were defined: a website for property seekers and a private workspace for the team.
The CRM allows properties to be created, edited and removed from one point while keeping the information needed by the public portal organised.
Area and feature filters were combined with an interactive map to make the catalogue easier to explore visually.
The private area brings together the information the team needs so it does not have to rebuild context from different tools.
Dashboards and charts were developed to review commercial and financial activity from inside the same system.
Core property, client, agent and follow-up management can be handled from an environment tailored to the agency.
The team can review its main operation from one system instead of spreading it across several tools.
Dashboards and charts make commercial and financial indicators available without separate reports.
The public website and property administration are part of the same ecosystem, reducing duplicated steps in catalogue management.
We can review your situation and propose a commercial, technical and results-oriented solution without disrupting your current operations.
