1. Separate public and private needs
We defined what a prospective investor should be able to see and what information belonged only to the team and internal club management.
Case study
Elyra Homes needed more than a presentation website. The project had to combine the public side of the club, real estate opportunities, a structured way to receive and pre-qualify interested candidates, and a private environment for member and investment information. The solution was designed as a connected ecosystem, with WordPress on the public side and internal tools for club management.
The platform had several different jobs. It needed to present the club and its real estate projects, collect useful context from interested candidates before handing an opportunity to the team, and then organise members, balances, investments and follow-up in a private environment. Candidates could also arrive through ambassadors in different countries, so their source needed to remain part of the workflow.
The solution was split into two connected layers. The WordPress website presents the brand, the club model and real estate projects, while guiding interested candidates through a structured intake process. The private layer organises member information and follow-up. Candidate source information from ambassadors is also preserved so those contacts remain connected to the rest of the workflow.
We defined what a prospective investor should be able to see and what information belonged only to the team and internal club management.
A reusable way of presenting past, current and future projects was prepared so every new opportunity did not require rebuilding the website.
Interested people can understand the proposition, provide context about their profile and reach the team with more information than a generic enquiry.
An internal environment was structured for member data, balances, investments, statistics and follow-up, kept separate from the public website.
The workflow accounts for candidates generated by ambassadors and collaborators so the relationship between the contact and its source is preserved.
The architecture can accommodate new real estate opportunities, members and acquisition sources without turning each addition into an isolated process.
Candidates can provide information before being passed to the team, so every enquiry does not arrive as an indistinguishable contact.
Member, balance, investment and follow-up information is organised within a dedicated operational environment.
New opportunities can be added within a common logic rather than as unrelated standalone pages.
Candidates coming from collaborators can retain their source through the acquisition and follow-up flow.
