Online voting platform for a gala with real-time results
Valencia Golden Awards needed a platform capable of managing a complete gala, combining a visual experience inspired by the great circuses of the early twentieth century with a fully secure, monitored online voting system prepared to work in real time during the event.
The challenge
The organization needed much more than a website. It was necessary to develop a platform capable of supporting a reliable online voting process, avoiding duplicate votes, showing results in real time and maintaining system stability during an event where any failure could directly affect the credibility of the gala.

The proposed solution
A fully customized platform was developed integrating the public side of the event with a private management system. Attendees could authenticate through Google to cast a single vote per category, while the organization had a panel capable of visualizing the evolution of all votes in real time.

How the project was developed
Authentication system
Each voter had to identify through their Google account to guarantee process authenticity and limit participation to one vote per category.

A system was developed to register votes, validate restrictions and automatically update results as the gala progressed.

The organization had a private environment to manage candidates, categories, statistics and full event tracking.
Real-time monitoring
During the gala, the platform was monitored to detect incidents, guarantee service availability and minimize risks of attacks or interruptions.
